EvergreenHealth Welcomes New Primary Care Specialists - Archived

Kirkland, Wash. – EvergreenHealth is pleased to welcome four new providers to its primary care team. The specialists join the Kirkland-based health system with extensive clinical experience in internal medicine and a focus on providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages.

The new providers include:

  • Dr. Jordan Collier | EvergreenHealth Primary Care, Redmond
  • Dr. Christopher Marshall | EvergreenHealth Primary Care, Kenmore
  • Dr. Helan Lee-Garrard | EvergreenHealth Primary Care, Sultan
  • Dr. Xiaobing Wang | EvergreenHealth Internal Medicine + Primary Care (Kirkland)

“We are pleased to welcome these four talented primary care physicians to the EvergreenHealth system,” said EvergreenHealth CEO Bob Malte. “Their shared passion for serving the diverse health needs of our community perfectly aligns with our mission to advance the health of patients across the Eastside by creating an inclusive community health system.”

Dr. Collier, an internal medicine specialist with experience in dermatology, sports medicine, osteopathic manipulation, palliative care and preventative medicine, has pursued his interest in medicine from an early age. He chose to practice in family and internal medicine because it allows him to cultivate relationships with the families in the community he serves.

Dr. Marshall comes to EvergreenHealth Primary Care with a wide range of hospital-based experience caring for patients in intensive care, post-surgical care, and childbirth and delivery. His hands-on experience during his residency at Utah Valley Hospital gave him the opportunity to treat patients of all ages and at every level of care, and he enjoyed being able to continue fostering those patient relationships when he worked in primary care at a nearby clinic after completing residency.

Dr. Lee-Garrard is seasoned in both medical and osteopathic care and has a rich background in the health care industry. For 13 years prior to receiving her DO, she gained experience working in health care quality improvement, which reinforced her passion for helping patients on the front lines and led her to specialize in primary care.

Before moving to Seattle, Dr. Wang spent 10 years practicing internal medicine and gaining extensive clinical medicine and research experience in New York. She is an active volunteer for local non-profit health organizations, and has volunteered with initiatives such as the American Heart Association’s Wall Street Run & Heart Walk and Go Red for Women campaign.

Each of the providers will be based in clinics across EvergreenHealth’s network of primary care practices, which is the largest on the Eastside. For more information, to make an appointment, or to learn more about EvergreenHealth Primary Care, visit or call 425.899.3000.
