Once you've been accepted as a hospital volunteer, you can begin orientation.

Please complete each part:

• Testing (read this information, then complete our online competency exam)
• Agreement packet (print and sign all 6 pages)
• Volunteer Program Handbook (read information)
• Volunteer Policies (print and sign the last page)
• Wheelchair Safety Training (read this information, then complete this quiz)
• COVID-19 Volunteer Safety Practices

Bring your signed Agreements with you to your orientation.
