Judith Kuleta brings more than 30 years of combined experience in healthcare, emergency services, and public service to the Board of Commissioners. She holds a Master's degree in Cultural Studies, a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies, and an Associate degree in Fire Science and Paramedicine. Judith began her career as a nurse, working primarily in emergency care, and went on to serve as an EMT, Fire Chief, and Director of the Fire Science Program at Bellevue College. In addition to her healthcare and education experience, she is currently serving her second term on the Snohomish City Council, where she contributes to public policy, budgeting, and community planning. Judith is a strong advocate for community health, access to care, and public trust in healthcare systems.
