As Snohomish County Public Hospital District No. 1, EvergreenHealth Monroe is governed by a publicly elected Board of Commissioners; each Commissioner serves a six-year term.

The Board provides the statutory oversight to ensure EvergreenHealth Monroe provides the community with high quality medical care and related services.
