Chief Information Officer

Jack Peters is responsible for managing and successfully implementing information and computer technology systems that benefit our organizational mission, vision and values – removing barriers, streamlining complex tasks and enhancing the care and service we provide.

Peters joined EvergreenHealth in 2004, and has served in multiple roles, including that of Interim Chief Information Officer. He has a demonstrated ability to enhance organizational performance and patient care through the alignment and use of IT solutions.

Peters earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, with a concentration in Information Systems. He was certified by the College of Healthcare Management Executives (CHIME) as a Chime Certified Chief Information Officer (CHCIO) in 2019.

Peters in an active member in the Eastside community as well, serving as a Board Member of the Northshore Senior Center, whose mission includes promoting a healthy living and the well-being of our community through programs, services, resources, and civic engagement. He also serves on the Washington State Hospital Association's Data Services Committee.
