Norman Seabrooks is a retired insurance executive who began his 47-year career as a sales representative and ended as market president for the Pacific Northwest with responsibility for 1.2 million members. After his retirement, he began as a volunteer on EvergreenHealth's Strategic Planning and Construction Committee. Previously he served on the Board of the University of Washington Graduate Program in Health Services Administration and as a board member for the Washington Athletic Club and the Washington Vaccine Association. In 2021, his alma mater, The Citadel, awarded him an honorary Doctor of Leadership and Ethics in Commerce degree in acknowledgment of his "legacy of ethical leadership, sportsmanship and service to his community."
