Kirkland Board of Commissioners

As a Public Hospital District, EvergreenHealth is governed by a publicly-elected Board of Commissioners; each Commissioner serves a six-year term.

The Board provides the statutory oversight to ensure EvergreenHealth provides the community with high quality medical care and related services. It approves major financial decisions for the Public Hospital District, and has many other responsibilities as provided by law.
