EvergreenHealth Kirkland

EvergreenHealth Kirkland, also known as King County Public Hospital No. 2, is governed by a Board of Commissioners who are publicly elected officials, each with a six-year term. Each member of the Board is accountable to the community for the services provided at EvergreenHealth and how they support the health needs of the district. EvergreenHealth Monroe, also known as Snohomish Public Hospital District No. 1 (SCPHD#1), is governed by a publicly-elected Board of Commissioners. The Board has ultimate responsibility and accountability for the health needs of the public hospital district, which is operated on behalf of the district's constituents. Alliance Governance Board

In addition to the SCPHD#1 Board of Commissioners, EvergreenHealth Monroe is also governed by an Alliance Governance Board (AGB), which is made up of two Commissioners from Snohomish County Public Hospital District #1, two Board members from EvergreenHealth and the CEO of EvergreenHealth.
