Corporate Wellness Program

No matter how much you have invested in equipment, inventory or technology, your greatest asset is your employees. Our Corporate Wellness Program provides education and resources to help your employees:

We can customize programs and health screenings to specifically achieve your organization's health and economic priorities.

Our classes are generally one hour in length, and can be timed to accommodate the work schedule.

We offer classes and screenings in the following categories:

Preventive Health Screenings

A simple finger poke is all that is needed to find out levels of glucose, total cholesterol, Triglycerides, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol and the Total Cholesterol/ HDL Ratio. Results will be ready in five minutes.

Pair this with Blood Pressure, Metabolic Syndrome Analysis and the Framingham Risk Assessment Analysis for an excellent way to determine risks for heart disease, diabetes and stroke.

A humor specialist leads a fun-filled discussion on the healing power of humor and how to incorporate laughter into your life to help reduce stress and improve coping skills.

Meditation to reduce stress

Meditation and visualization can be a powerful way to reduce stress and achieve inner peace and will-being. Participants will learn and practice basic mindfulness meditation, visualization, and relaxation techniques that can lead to greater self-awareness and calm. Also offered as a series.

Dealing with difficult people

Designed for those who need to learn how to cope with conflict, irritation, frustration, anger and stress associated with differing value systems and personalities in the workplace. Participants learn strategies to respond to difficult people and ways to deal with situational conflict, and stress, work pressure resolution, self-talk and how to productively give and receive criticism.

Creating peace: conflict resolution strategies

Personal breast health classes

One in every eight women will develop breast cancer in her lifetime. With diagnostic advances, women today have a greater chance than ever before of detecting breast cancer in its earliest, most treatable, stages.

This breast health education seminar, led by a certified breast self-examination instructor, is a comfortable get-together to provide instructions on how to do a proper breast self-exam, as well as provide the facts about breast health and overall wellness. Men are welcome to learn how they could help their loved one.

Safety & Emergency Education

All first aid and CPR classes meet content and teaching standards set by the WISHA and OSHA. We provide all necessary equipment, textbooks and supplies.

First Aid and CPR/AED

Comprehensive course that covers adult, child and infant CPR, barrier devices, accident prevention, use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and basic first aid. Participants receive a CPR and first aid card valid for two years.

Duration: 6.5 hours
Corporate Group Cost: $50 per person

Adult CPR/AED

Comprehensive course that covers adult CPR, barrier devices, accident prevention and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants receive a CPR and first aid card valid for two years

Certification: AHA or ASHI
Duration: 3 hours
Corporate Group Cost: $35 per person

Adult, child and infant CPR

Comprehensive course that covers adult, child and infant CPR, barrier devices, accident prevention and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants receive a CPR and first aid card valid for two years

Certification: AHA or ASHI
Duration: 4 hours
Corporate Group Cost: $35 per person

Infant child CPR

Learn to prevent accidental injuries and deaths, plus CPR, choking management and household safety information. Participants receive a CPR card valid for two years.

Certification: AHA or ASHI
Duration: 3.5 hours
Corporate Group Cost: $45 per person

Healthcare Provider CPR

Includes CPR, airway obstruction, barrier devices and use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Participants receive a health care provider CPR card valid for two years.

Certification: AHA or ASHI
Duration: 3.5 hours
Corporate Group Cost: $70 per person

Payment Policy

An invoice will be sent to you following the service or class. Payment is due one month after the date of the service or class, unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.
