Our service area
EvergreenHealth was created in 1968 as a public hospital district to serve rural northeast King County. Today, we are an integrated two-hospital healthcare system, serving nearly 850,000 residents of our service area in north King and south Snohomish counties, with medical facilities located throughout the area for easy access.
We offer a breadth of services and programs that is among the most comprehensive in the region, with clinical excellence across all major specialties.
Our Kirkland campus includes a 318-bed medical center and four medical specialty buildings. Our Monroe campus is home to a 72-bed hospital and a medical specialty building. Thirteen community-based facilities provide convenient access to primary and urgent care.
All told, we offer care in 70 clinical specialties, led by our EvergreenHealth Medical Group (EHMG) – a network of providers all employed by EvergreenHealth. EHMG physicians work as partners with established care guidelines, so there is a coordinated plan for your care that takes you from your family physician’s office through specialty care, hospitalization and rehabilitation.
To further bolster our capabilities and extend access to services, EvergreenHealth has strategic partnerships with two other regional healthcare leaders, Overlake Medical Center and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, and with the Eastside Health Alliance.
